At Mills Brokers Insurance Solutions we are focused on serving our clients while also adhering to our social responsibilities of reducing the level of social interactions at our office. We also recognize the unusual demands on our staff who are caring for family and children who are not in school.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic is a global event, we have received communication from some of our insurance company partners that their service levels are being challenged. Insurance underwriters and claims adjusters are faced with many obstacles to providing the prompt service they would ideally like to provide.  This slowdown may be frustrating but it is understandable and we will do our best to work with our partners to minimize the impact of these delays.
